migrating to pyshapelib repository

Hi Karl,

Sorry for the late response.  It's been busy over here.

Cool to hear that the load worked this time, and the contents of the
repository seems OK!

Unfortunately, I can't seem to do any commits ... I'm getting this error
(I'm trying to remove two dead branches):

Commit
C:\coding\pyshapelib\branches\WIP-pyshapelib-Unicode
C:\coding\pyshapelib\branches\WIP-pyshapelib-bramz
Commit failed (details follow):
Can't create directory
'/var/lib/gforge/chroot/svnroot/pyshapelib/db/transactions/2890-1.txn':
Permission denied

Any ideas?
