[Thuban-list] small new features

Hi,

I just checked in small features that I was missing
very much working with Thuban:

- the UTM projection dialog now has a propose button
  that coarsly computes a zone number which might fit
  for your current map.

- the full extent menu option is now also available in
  the toolbar.

- the session tree now also contains map extent in lat-lon
  and in the projection (if applicable)
