[Thuban-list] term for extensions

Hi,

Thuban is designed to be extensible.
I am currently writing samples for this.

It occured to me that so far we don't have a
common term for such things.

Some options that come to my mind are
	Extension
	Add-On
	Extra
	Plug-In

I like Extension, but the term is already used for
3rd-party modules like proj, shapelib etc ...

Any comments, suggestions?
