Hi,

I am answering this question on the Thuban Mailing List since
it might interest some more people.

Thuban certainly reveals the ability to connect to various other
Free Software packages easily. There is nothing yet picked up
for the official roadmap, but good ideas are welcome.
Realizing such features depends on whether people have the time
or money to invest into the development.

We are indeed thinking about how UMN MapServer can benefit from
Thuban, but nothing decided so far. Also, we (Intevation) needs
to aquire a corresponding project to realize such ideas within
a short time.

However, we welcome and will try to support any development
activity that contributes to Thuban.

Best

	Jan
