[Thuban-list] Brazilian Portuguese file for Thuban

I just uploaded to the CVS the po file for the sixth translation of
Thuban: Brazilian Portuguese, contributed by Eduardo Patto Kanegae.
To those who are familiar with Brazilian Portuguese - feel free to 
test and comment the translation.
