[Thuban-list] windows thuban executable available

Folks,

In order to improve the usability of the Thuban application, i've
builded a Thuban executable without Python dependencies. 

This would allow you to use Thuban without a Python installation on your
computer.

The file is available here : http://downloads.itae.be/thuban_exe.zip 


Howto use it :
--------------

Unzip the archive and launch thuban.exe


Bugs / missing things:
----------------------

Extensions and raster support aren't provided with the archive but will
in a near future.

Please report any bugs or misfunctionnalities to this list in order to
improve the system.
