[Thuban-list] Problem with Thuban in Ubuntu

Greetings from Colombia. I am using Thuban v1.2.0 but I have the
following problems

1. When modifying the properties of a layer and  when opening the
projection window

Error:

'ascii' codec can't decode byte 0xc3 in position 10: ordinal not in range(128)
