[Freegis-list] Python bindings for shapelib

Hi all, 

I just put some Python bindings for Frank Warmerdam's shapelib on my
ftp-space. You can get it as:

        ftp://intevation.de/users/bh/pyshapelib-0.1.tar.gz

Compilation and installation is still a little rough and it doesn't
cover everything shapelib offers yet. The bindings require shapelib
(I've tested them with version 1.2.8).
