Yukon Renewable Resources has 90 meter Digital Elevation Models
for the Yukon Territory available for download.

And for those who haven't been here already, please take the time
to visit http://members.home.net/freedata/ and help convince the
Canadian Federal Department of Natural Resources that draconian
license terms on geospatial data is harmful to the industry (assuming
you think that statement true...)
