[Freegis-list] pyshapelib 0.2

I've released a new and slightly updated version of my shapelib bindings
for Python. They're available as

ftp://intevation.de/users/bh/pyshapelib-0.2.tar.gz

Changes:
 * new module level functions type_name and part_type_list
   (corresponding to SHPTypeName and SHPPartTypeName)

 * The vertices() method of shape objects works for shape type
   SHPT_POINT, too.
