I've added a hint on freegis that points out the problem.
This is important since any other tool listed here (to our
best knowlege) can be used for any purpose ie. also
including commercial use which is something we propagate 
with FreeGIS.

Hopefully, the library we'll be freed some day or be
substituted by a Free Software.
