[Freegis-list] Post to this group in Outlook Express?

Hello,

I would like to post and view messages of this group.  However, I would
prefer (if possible) to do it with Microsoft Outlook Express newsreader.

I tried to connect to the NNTP server as indicated on
https://intevation.de/mailman/listinfo/freegis-list but it says the server
cannot be found.

What exact server address do I use?  gis.freegis-list or server
news2.sinica.edu.tw?
Should I use password logging in?  If so, what should be my username?  My
email?
