We were able to host it on the Swiss Sunsite Mirror. Maybe you have also luck 
in India.

We're right now preparing a new version of our Knoppix-based CD with PostGIS, 
MySQL with GIS extensions, TerraView, JUMP and the SPEARFISH data set for 
GRASS (http://www.sourcepole.com/gis-knoppix/).
On http://grass.itc.it/demo.html you will find other live CDs with Grass.
