If you are really talking about "raw" data, you can try the teqc program 
from UNAVCO (http://www.unavco.org/facility/software/teqc/teqc.html). 
It will read data from many GPS receivers and output RINEX (the GPS 
standard data format) or, in some cases, point position solutions.  It 
may be overkill--it depends on your application.  Good luck.
