[Freegis-list] xyz to arcgis grid conversion?

Andrew,

You didn't specify what kind of XYZ point data you have.  It is points
in a grid, or it is sparse points which will need to be interpolated
into a TIN or a grid?  If so, what form are you looking to have the data
in ArcGIS - a grid, a TIN, or something else?
