Thanks Viveka Weiley and Paul Ramsey for their prompt and helpful
answers. Right now I am trying to work on the GDAL package. After
reading some documents I am still quite confused on how to use the
library.
While I have no problem getting the GDAL to load my gtiff hight map,
I still don't know how to convert the lat-long coordinates into UTM.
The OGR tutorial posted on the web (
http://www.gdal.org/ogr/osr_tutorial.html) is not very clear to me.
Can some one help me out by puting things together? I will be more
than happy if one can show the example using the C interface.
Thanks
YXU
