In my opinion, nothing.  The VTP is free (both gratis and libre) and we ask
for an email with a person's name and city.  However, it _is_ optional.  If
they send an email like
	"Hello, i am a paranoid, i am not going to tell you my name
	or anything about me.  Just let me download the software."
then i still let them download.

Exactly the same for the VTP.

FWIW, i think it's a very good idea for your Teracopter software, it is well
suited to being Open and Free.
