[Mapit] v0.8 released

Hi Mapitter!

As christmas present a version 0.8 is released.
We now have the possibility to add URLs to the marker files.
(So the makerdefs file format has changed slightly.)

We also have new free example data, covering europe.

So far only source releases exists.
We will produces A Windows Installer Version when time permits us to do
so (it is christmas) in the next days.
