[Mapit] Public CVS and English Demo

Hi,

the MapIt! CVS repository is now publically available. For more
information and instructions on how to access it, see the webpage
(http://www.mapit.de/cvs.en.html)

Another change on the webpage is that the links to the simple demo, the
Berlin overview, on the English webpages now point to an English
version.
