[Mapit] Towards release of version 0.6

Dear all,

we are close to release version 0.6 of MapIt!

Bernhard Herzog has cleaned up source codes and
developed a mod_python interface for Apache
(and yes, it works even on Windows NT :-).
He has also extended the description
on how to install MapIt! - please report any
further hints you might have.

I have tested the new Version 1.3.14 of Apache
and it works (of course), but there is no
immediate need to upgrade for MapIt! if you
already have version 1.3.12. 

Furthermore, I have checked in all of the web pages
into the doc directory to include all of this
as standard documentation of MapIt!.
I though it makes sense to maintain the installation
description at only one place.

Bernhard Herzog has developed a nice installation
executable for Windows.
It needs just some polishing and will be released with
the (soon) forthcoming version 0.6.
