[Mapit] Configuration problems

The problem is probably in your mod_fastcgi configuration.
Can you run other fcgi programs correctly?

What happens when you access the url for genmap directly?

Is the user apache runs fcgis with capable of running the script
on the command line, you should "su" and check.

If you still have problems:
Can you share the apache configuration options for mod_fastcgi with us?
