[Mapit] Fcgi variant improved.

Hello MapIt! Users,

if you are have MapIt! running using fcgi,
you will be interested in the latest cvs version of
genmap.fcgi. It will keep the genmap.fcgi process alive, even if the 
pipe to the server is broken. 

This happens when a client breaks the connection with apache e.g. .


BTW: We hope to have 1.0 release soon, which will feature slightly
improved installation instructions. (We have done some performance
testing with Apache/mod_fastcgi/GNU/Linux.)
