[Mapit] faster mapit demo server

We have another mapit demo server
running, you can reach it temporarily 
under:
	http://intevation.de:12345/

It is served by an 1.1 GHertz AMD GNU/debian machine
over Apache 1.3.19 via FastCGI.
Pound it a bit, if you like.

www.mapit.de is still our very slow P 133MHertz machine,
so do not be surprised when its a bit slower.
