names of tests and get_quantile (was: gettext)

Hi Bernhard,

I didn't realized it. But, in fact, "grep quantile
*.c" returns only one occurrence of "get_quantile".
And, what get_quantile() does can also be done with
percentiles(), which is called by "Miscellaneous |
Percentiles". 

Certainly get_quantile() can be cleaned out!
