tests, Extensions and __init__

Well, the mere presence of the __init__.py turns a directory into a
package, so the way you phrased it implied removing them.  

Hoever, now that I read your post again, are you talking about
Extensions/__init__.py?  The problems we've had came from the
__init__.pys one level deeper.
