Wishes for the next Thuban Windows installer

Hi,

I tried the Windows installer today and I found a number
of crucial quick-tryout stoppers I send here for archiving purpose:

- it would be good to include the iceland sample
  data and to add a "Thuban Iceland Demo" to
  the Menu which directly runs one of the
  iceland .thuban files.

- GDAL should be updated (1.1.8 is rather old).

- GDAL should either be included in the Thuban
  installer or have its own.

- PostGIS package: Either include or name a installer.

- Add Thuban Manual as pdf to Thuban Menu.
