w32 installer updated (v 1.2.1svn)

Because of the limitations introduced by the frozen application in the
new installer, what do you think about maintaining two versions for
w32 : 
1. the frozen one
2. the previous innosetup that requires a pre-existing python
installation but allows the user to do exactly what he wants with the
Extensions, etc.
