Maintaining two w32 versions? (was: w32 installer updated (v 1.2.1svn))

It depends on how much work this all is,
I think the "frozen" one is a good approach for now.
If people come to develop for Thuban on windows, 
they will have more skills anyway.
 
We should have instructions how to build both installers, 
so people can replicate their results.

So I would put more time into improving Thuban than to maintain to versions
(unless it is really really easy). :)
