Patch submitted, who will commit?

Hi Sean, Hi Jean-Francois,

a few minutes ago I have submitted a small patch for pyogclib
to add some error handling in case of url or connection problems.
(This bugged me playing around with the old thuban/Extension/wms which
uses pyogclib.)

Will someone apply it?

If you like you can give my CVS write access and I might apply it myself.
