thuban installer for w32 v2

Hi,

It's finally there :

A full installer for w32 providing a Thuban executable without the need
of any external dependencies (even no python installation). It comes
with gdal 1.4, psycopg 2.

Please test it and give some feedback :

There is only one limitation now : the use of extensions.
