with two people on the freegis list stumbling to install
the prerequisites, you should upload a file to

http://wald.intevation.org/frs/?group_id=6
with instructions in a file called

Thuban-1.2.0_1.exe.readme.txt
or so, so people can find it with a higher chance.
My report should be a good start to compile this document.
