[Freegis-list] OT:? Wireless Planning software

I've rejoined the ranks of fully employed and one of my first projects is
to find some wireless network planning/design software.  Been to one site
for a Windows based package and got a severe case of the clicksies.  Too
much hype and not enough information, all gathered with FAR TOO MANY
clicks..  So I decided to go my first choice - open source / not probably
Windows based.

I realize all the parts exist but I'm looking/hoping for a finished(ish)  
product.  The FreeGIS site turned up 0 for 'wireless' so I'm hope someone
here knows of a solution or can suggest better terms to search for.
