[Mapit] newbie question

according to documentation:
 
"458862396.00,583250959.00,db,bahnhof,http://bahnhof/,Berlin-Hermsdorf

The first two values are the coordinates of the object."

What format are those coordinates? I'm used to coordinates being in the form of like 37.000 145.0000 etc. How do I convert to whatever format mapit uses?
