Anyway:

I hereby transfer my intellectual property rights on the work made so far, in
favor of Intevation GmbH. A long time ago you (or maybe Jan) sent me an FSFE
form for that, but I can't find it.

BTW, are you thinking about transferring all copyrights to FSF or FSFE at some
point in time or are you planning on keeping Intevation as copyright holder?
Since this is all GPL-covered work, there is no problem wrt further
development, derivatives and the like, but it is legally sound to have a
unique copyright holder, and it being the FSF(E) might be even more
interesting in any litigation case.
